  1. I read in The Message this morning and I loved how this translation says ‘Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers.’

    It always amazes me how an attitude of gratefulness can change my worries mind—a shift in focus from that which causes anxiety, to those things, people and places I am thankful for diminishes the negative mindset that so easily comes from a mind reeling with anxious thoughts. —Iris
